Warranty Registration

All FURCHTLOS products are subject to a 2-year warranty from date of purchase. The warranty is valid with proof of purchase showing the place and date of sale in the form of an invoice or receipt as well as submission of the online warranty registration form.

WARRANTY PROVISIONS

• 1. The product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the stated warranty period from the date of purchase.
• 2. If the product proves to be defective during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, subject to decision by FURCHTLOS.
• 3. In case of breakage, FURCHTLOS maintains the right to repair or replace only the components found to be defective and not the entire product.
• 4. The warranty is applicable only if the product has been used and maintained as per the guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
• 5. The warranty does NOT cover:
  • a. Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse or general wear and tear.
  • b. Damage incurred due to the use of non-authorized fitting kits, frames, or other fixation systems not approved by FURCHTLOS.
  • c. Defects or damage due to the proximity of a heat source or as a result of the use of solvents or other abrasive substances.
  • d. Products that have been repaired, tampered with, altered or modified in any way by unauthorized persons or technicians.
  • e. Products that were damaged during transportation or subjected to rough handling.
  • f. Freight expenses incurred for checking if repair is required.
• 6. This warranty applies to the product itself. Under no circumstances does it entitle you to compensation for direct or indirect damage or injury caused to persons or property by faulty products.
